As always like most cruiser's we research everything to death! We were a little apprehensive until we were on board.

We booked with MSC and furnished our own air fare and transfers. So the problem that happen with our delays were weather related an caused us to get to embarkation late and in the mad rush to get on. This was no fault of MSC of course and everything went as well or better than other lines.

We booked room 9158 balcony which was an excellent location a fantastic room. We cannot say enough about the staff. Our room steward Alexander always took excellent care of us. Everything we asked for was remembered and continued. No chocolates or towel animals, but we did not mine at all. Always had breakfast in the room to enjoy the coffee on the balcony.
