Booked this cruise a year ago..based on recommendations.was reading the reviews prior to departure and had some concerns.. However, really enjoyed my time on the DREAM..the staff were absolutely excellent and couldn't do enough for you..the ship was spotless clean..food was very good with plenty of choice..embarkation both ways was very efficient and the thomsons tours were excellent. went to monaco and monte carlo and Pisa..also did the hop on hop off bus in Barcelona..We booked an outside plus cabin on deck 9 which was very roomy and kept spotless by Made our Cabin steward.You could do as little or as much as you wanted..spent a lot of time on deck 12 chilling on sunbeds..there was not a problem in getting a bed..weather was good apart from one day when captain had to dock in genoa instead of livorna..however, this did not spoil our time..in fact gave us a chance to have a little rest..Have now been bitten by the cruise bug and have decided to try another Thompson ship for 2015..
