This short cruise was a very special occasion. It was to celebrate with my grandson for his first time cruising, and for his 7th birthday. We had a ball! We arrived early so that we could take advantage of an early lunch and then swimming. AC repeatedly went down the water slide as I stood nearby to take in the Downtown Miami skyline. Afterwards, we relaxed in a very modern decorated oceanview room with a balcony, complete with interactive tv and 24 hour room service.

Dinner in the dining room was great; we enjoyed the European cuisine with its attractive presentation. Breakfast and lunch were buffet and offered a tremendous variation of all types of cuisines, Asian, American, Ethinic, etc. Our servers were very polite and accommodating.

After sightseeing in the Bahamas through a purchased excursion, AC decided to participate in the MSC camp for kids and he loved it! I couldn't tear him away -- he had dinner with the other campers, played video games, dressed up in smurf costumes, and even won a prize for participating in a camp competition. The Divina has a 3D theatre and bowling on board, but we took part in so many other activites on the ship that we never got a chance to bowl or see the 3D presentation.
