Excellent floor plan & use of cabin square footage; especially enjoyed the larger deck & panoramic view of cabin 11297

Bar Staff - Very good-excellent (My husbands favorite bartender/waitress, Kartika, remembered him from 4/14 cruise on our 8/14 cruise, she was super helpful & pleasant to interact with)
Cabin Stewards - We had the best cabin steward of any cruise line we have experienced on our 1st cruise on MSC Divina 4/14, his name is Shetty, he exceeded our expectations on every level, we located him on different deck level on our 8/14 cruise to say hello & he remembered us,Shetty should be promoted to Steward Supervisor/Trainer for MSC Cruises.Key feedback points on both our 4/26/14 & 8/9/14 Caribbean cruises onboard MSC Divina
Beautiful ship-especially crystal staircase in atrium
Excellent entertainment (Best shows of any cruise line we have been on)
Entertainment Staff - Excellent, very upbeat, professional
Captain - Excellent, very pleasant & appeared at a number of events/shows
Food quality - Good-Excellent (homemade pasta & pizza excellent, rest of food good)
Specialty restaurants - wish there were more than 3 choices with a fine dining option added (Galaxy specialty restaurant had stale smoke smell resulting from dual use as late night club venue)
Main Dining- no Select Dining option available--this is a very important feature we look for then choosing cruise line, as well as table for two availability which is difficult to obtain on this ship even when putting in a special request online beforehand; no wine steward available to assist in wine selections
Waiters - We were fortunate to have Thomas as our main waiter & Seby as his asst.
