Sail Date: May 2014

This was our 3rd cruise. All have been with MSC. In 2012 we cruised the Mediterranean for 7 days on this ship and loved it. In 2013 we cruised the east and west Caribbean on another MSC ship and loved it. This cruise was not as good. First they changed the cruise dates which cost $1,200 to change air transportation and we had to fight for some compensation. We finally got $1,000. While on the ship we talked to lots ot European and Australian travelers that were compensated fully for there air fare change then received a $600 on board credit. Obviously everyone is not treated equally. The entertainment in the theater on this cruise was absolutely horrible. Out of 19 nights there were only 3 good night of entertainment. Sorry to say that we had seen those acts the prior year in the Caribbean. Most nights in the theatre more than half of the audience left after 10 - 15 minutes. The food was generally good but there was a great lack of late night snacks. The staff were great.

Cabin Review

Cabin Balcony

We booked this cruise in November 2013 and had requested a land view balcony. When we finally received our cabin confirmation we had an ocean view balcony and could not change as the ship was fully booked. At our dining table were 2 couples that booked after us and had land view balcony's. Other than that the cabin was adequate, neat and clean.
