My husband and I boarded in Venice for our 7 night cruise. The boarding process was a bit long, but they did the best and off we went. Our cabin was 1206, at the rear of the ship which we loved as we could sit and watch as we left port, and could take last minute photos. We had early seating for dinner, but that was all that was left when we booked, so not their fault. We were at a table for 6 and enjoyed our companions, we ranged in ages so that was good. The food was good to very good at the restaurant. For breakfast and lunch we went to the View café. Lots to choose from, and varied choices of both fruit, yoghurt and hot breakfast items.
We enjoyed our cabin, the bed and bedding. The bathroom was a good size, all in all the cabin was not cramped, and the lighting was good. The photographers were pleasant, so we did that a few times, enjoyed the fun ones getting of the ship at the ports so we could remember where we were. The entertainment was much better than we expected. We took in almost every show, and some were well worth it. The last night the show was like a Cirque de Solei. The spoken English of everyone on board was good, no difficulties understanding anyone, and they understood us. Would cruise with them again.
Our cabin was excellent, in both location, view and size. We had great views leaving the port, many times at sunset, so great for photos. I was worried about movement as I get seasick, but could not feel a thing. Would get that location again.
