First and last cruise with MSC, thought price was to good to be true when booking and it was! From nightmare in Vience boarding would have faired better at the Harrolds sale. On first impressions the ships decor was opulant and luxurious there ends the positive feed back. We booked a balcony for us and 2 ocean view cabins for friends, they got an automatic upgrade to a suite with bath shower large balcony, they were delighted of course as they only paid for an ocean view, us however paid more and had a small balcony room. No reason was given to us by MSC.

Food in the buffet resturant was not good quality, with cheap cuts of meat. I never at home eat pizza, but had it every day on the ship with salad as it was the only quality food served.

Had a drinks package! joke getting served, I am sure that once they know you have a drinks package they hold back on the service. Read more
