Our group of 12 really enjoyed the Solstice in Alaska. We reserved 5 cabins - one Aqua Class cabin (1674), One C3 cabin (1061), one balcony (7312) and two interior cabins (7168 and 7172). We were in 1061 and loved our cabin steward. Thoroughly enjoyed the canapes. The adults congregated in our room so we requested canapes for 12 the first day and they arrived every day! It was terrific. We brought wine on board so it was very nice to enjoy canapes and wine on the balcony.

Found the ship easy to get around, staff very friendly and accommodating. We used the flexible dining options and was able to get a table for 12 about 8:30ish every evening. We ate in the dining room each night as well. Each of us found something terrific on the menu every night. I'm so happy that the portions were right sized. They weren't so huge but always just enough. We ate multiple courses most evening and tried to sample it all. Desserts were very good but not spectacular.

This is our third Alaska cruise and we love the itinerary. Overall - great cruise and we'd go back tomorrow!
