Overall unimpressed this time with RCCL. Probably wouldn't cruise with them at all again (even though we've been offered a 15% discount on top of any other discounts because of the issues we had).
this is the feedback I gave to RCCL upon return - I would add that this was our third RCCL cruise, but the first from USA rather than Barcelona. Travelled on Brilliance both times before and that was fantastic.
