We have just returned from a two week Mediterranean cruise on the Thomson Dream. We have cruised with Thomson before, and booked this cruise based on our previous good experiences. Sadly it did not live up to our expectations. It was an all-inclusive cruise, but clearly "all inclusive" did not include water supplied to our cabins. We were without water for 15 hrs and some people were without it for at least 3 days. The only place where one could get a shower was in the corridor outside our cabin where it was pouring from the ceiling due to a burst pipe! We were given a complimentary 1.5 ltr with which to wash ourselves. Hardly adequate in temperatures of 30 degrees plus! As fast as the pipes were repaired another leak appeared elsewhere.

The towels we were issued with were threadbare (some actually had holes in) and mostly grey in colour. I would be ashamed to offer them to a guest.

The safe (for which we had paid an exorbitant £25) was so unreliable that we stopped using it.

Cabin Review

Spacious, plenty of storage space but very dated.
