From embarkation things went wrong, it took nearly two hours to get on board, with no toilet facilities available guest were physically distressed. Once on board we were told the suite was not ready , and we would have to wait due to a deep cleaning process. Towels and soap arrived the following day, with the excuse that they had a virus on the previous cruise. The fist two meals were cold and were returned to the kitchen.
We had booked suite L 202 with an unrestricted view , but when we arrived in the room the balcony had a steel plate instead of a glass panel as all other suites had. ( The brochure show L202 as having a glass panel the same as all the others) .As a disabled person I enjoy watching from the balcony the arrival and departure of the ship from the ports. To get the views I had to go on to the open decks to enjoy this.
Excursions were excellent , with knowledgeable guides, although expensive they were the best way to see the sites with the given time
Standards seem to be lower with the withdrawal of tea and coffee facilities( Due to the excuse that it was a health and safety issue)
