This was our 5th cruise, and easily the worst. If I could give zero stars I would. From start to finish, almost everything about the service from MSC was abysmal.

We had a 5 hour wait outside in 90 degree 100% humidity when we checked in. Literally 4 1/2 hours into this wait, they passed out a stock letter saying the port was closed. Zero communication before or after this about why it was closed.
