This company has no concern for customer service. These people were arrogant, uncaring, and just plain rude at times. I have sailed on 20 plus cruises and never written a review. This one i feel i have to. I am not going to write a lengthy review, just going to provide some examples.
Food was sub par, with tiny portions. Yes, you can order a second serving but we got some bad looks from our server. Then it took a very long time to get that plate. We had late seating at 830 PM and most days we were not allowed in till after that time. Average dinner time was around 2 hours.
The buffet was horrible. Breakfast never changed, always the same dishes. No omelet station at buffet. Food in the buffet line would run out and then, the tray would be removed, taken away and brought back several minutes later. In all other cruises, food was replaced right there, before the specific tray ran out.
