I'll start by saying this was our 2nd Carnival cruise. We've cruised with RC and Princess and Celebrity in the past and have been very happy with those cruises. (Most recently we were on the Oasis of the Seas with RC). I'll start with the things we were very happy/satisfied with... first of all, our cabin was wonderful!!! We booked the Grand Suite. As you walk in there is lighted closet to the left, a mini-bar next to it. To the right is a large full length mirror. Straight ahead is a sofa, table and a couple chairs then to the balcony, which is nice and large with two lounge chairs, two tables and two regular chairs. There is a king size bed too. There are about 3 closets total and a bunch of drawers - you will have ample space. The bathroom is huge for a cruise ship. A jetted-tub, bidet, toilet, two sinks, etc. We also couldn't have been happier with our stateroom attendant, Aldo. He was fantastic!!

The shows on the ship were really good. We saw two comedy shows and they were both really good. We also saw the illusionist and Epic Rock show, and both were quite entertaining. We went to the bingo and trivia challenges and both were really fun.

The serenity deck (over 18) was nice and relaxing. Read more
