This was our first family cruise. My husband and I have been on 2 in the past (RCI,Carnival). We took our children, ages 8,6,4 and we loved it! Our ports were Grand Turk, Half Moon Cay, (loved both of them) and Nassau.

Yes it is and older ship, but we had plenty to do, food was great, and I would sail again. I did not notice any smells that others mentioned, and I am so glad I ignored the negative reviews. We live in NC, and the drive was about 4 hours which was perfect and the reason we chose this sailing.

Because of price we opted to get a standard ocean view cabin and yes it was small and tight..but we knew that and it was do-able! The kids loved the water park but after the first 2 days of straight sailing they were bored with it..The pool was packed as others have mentioned but it was too deep for my 6 and 4 year old so we did not spend much time at the pool anyways.
