This is the largest ship we have been on and are used to 2500 pax size. WHile it didn't seem crowded it seemed to have lost all its personality and I felt when dining like I was in a shopping mall food court sometimes. The staff are well trained and very friendly and obviously work very hard but we didn't feel engaged with anyone. Never saw a Maitre d' or any other senior staff in the restaurant and if there were any officers on the ship they weren't ever out in public. No big deal but it is so big its lost that ship feeling to it - seems just like a big Vegas hotel.

Biggest gripe is the VIBRATION in the cabins. Stay away from the rear cabins. It was impossible to be in your cabin coming into port (9 days out if 12) as the vibration and shuddering was unbearable. You couldn't lean against a wall or leave anything breakable on a shelf. Even in port the vibration made things leap around - being in the cabin became unpleasant. Such a shame. Crew all knew about it but ship was full and they couldn't or wouldn't move us.

Come back new?
