As the title says the ship is beautiful and amazing in its features and presentation. Underneath the woodwork though there were cracks. Negatives first as there aren't many, the buffet is like a rugby pitch at peak times, try and get there early if you can as people will just walk into you and knock your plate out of your hands! There is a big choice of food in the buffet but it's nothing special, pizza, burger and chips, some roast meats at dinner time. As I mentioned above, some of the staff were so rude I was gobsmacked, the bar staff and the waitresses do not like serving you, because you pay your service charge on your bill they do not have to earn them so therefore they feel they don't have to put any effort in. Moan over, the rest of the ship and staff were brilliant! Especially in the restaurants the staff are very friendly and chatty, all staff wear name badges with their name and which country they're from, which is a good conversation starter. We were served all week by Alex in the L'arabesque restaurant, he was great, nothing was too much. He was from Honduras. The food in the restaurant is some of the best I have ever tasted, also our table was by the window which looked out of the rear of the ship.

We had an inside cabin 10257, on deck 10 near the back of the ship. It was kept very clean and tidy by Antonio. The room was big enough for 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 teenage children. 2 single beds were pushed together to make a double and 2 bunk beds were pulled down from the ceiling for the kids. There was a TV that showed various programs in all languages and also shows cctv of the pools and the bridge cam so you can see where you're heading. There was a shower, wash basin and toilet in a good size space.

No tea/coffee making facilities though.
