First, a little about us. Family of 5 from Indiana-3 teenagers. Cruise at least once per year. Diamond members on RCCL, but we also enjoy other lines. Having been on multiple cruises, we usually book based upon ship rather than itinerary. But this time, we booked ExOS to allow a visit to Bermuda.

Based upon many negative reviews on this site, I was concerned about the condition of the ship and the service. We found the majority of the naysayers to have been nit-picky. Although our TV was not a flat-screen and the carpet in the hallways showed some wear, the ship is clean. The Promenade looks like new. Lounges are clean and welcoming. Viking Crown has great views.

FOOD: Breakfast buffet and dining room....standard RCCL fare. Good food. Really wish they would update their pastry choices. Lunch is just OK. Main dining room was OK. Our server was not very organized and the food was hit and miss. We loved PORTOFINO. Great Food and Great Service. Strongly Recommend. Read more
