We really enjoyed cruising in the Epic. Best of it: comfortable, well designed cabin (mini-suite) - true that the sink is small but, being a bit careful, that wasn't a problem for us at all; sleep quality; great waterslides; flexibility - freestyle cruising; overall organisation (e.g. embarcation and disembarcation, excursions); servicing of the cabin; good buffet food. Things to improve: children bedding (too hard); overcrowded pool areas when everybody was on board (the pools are ridiculously small and they don't enforce freeing abusively reserved pool chairs); cover charge restaurants not really worth the money; itinerary (not really worth it unless one took the excursions); service a bit pushy, specially when it comes to make you spend more money (e.g. photos, drinks); child day care (they basically just play videogames or do a bit of drawing, nothing else); library doesn't deserve to be called like that (just a couple of old books). Overall we recommend the experience (value for money) and we would definitely cruise again with this ship and company.

Cabin Review

The cabin was great (comfortable, lots of storage space, good bedding (except the child bed), no noise or vibration, convenient separation of toilet, bad tub and sink spaces).
