I would like to begin by stating our experiences with the service on the ship was outstanding. We arrived early to very friendly and helpful staffers. Our service staff in the main dining room was excellent(thank you Jason and staff), couldn't have asked for any better! Our meals were good in the main dining room. Windjammer was hit or miss as far as food, we always found something to enjoy but it wasn't my favorite. Long lines. Chops was outstanding. Health and fitness club adequate. Had a massage and it was extremely relaxing, something i have a hard time doing. Room was more spacious than I thought, we had 3 people 1 adult one 19 yr old, one 15 yr old. Cabin 8014. We did occasional hear noise from above but we would book the same cabin again. Clean.

What we didn't like: entertainment was limited. music just so so and sometimes bad in the central part of ship. Day at sea needed to be fulfilled with parties but there wasn't enough staff to do that. We went from activity to activity until Bingo which cost. That was aggravating. Several We chose cruise for ports but still expected more value on board and didn't get that. Bought the max drink package and still argued was getting charged at bar.They tried to for room service but it was corrected. Don't buy drink package not worth it. Shore excursion people were not very helpful and acted like we were annoying them. that area was limited opening hours. Photo people were good but prices very expensive. Ship often had foul odor around ports. I liked smaller ship could always find chairs on deck. Activities were limited.

Ports were fabulous and easy to get on and off with little lines.
