This review is almost a rebuttal to other reviews of this ship on this itinerary. After reading them I was greatly concerned! Many little things were not perfect, many little things were problems. But you need a positive attitude- you're on a cruise; enjoy; don't let little things cause issues. We did a back-to-back Eastern and Western Caribbean cruise and had a great time.

To be fair, we had a list of problems: Our toilet had an issue and they fixed it quickly. For some reason there were no reservations for any time dining. Room service required a very long wait on the phone and got a couple of things wrong. No wine packages were available. They preferred to sell the all you can drink package – not sure why this should exclude wine package. We received tour tickets for someone else. We received laundry for someone else. There was no preparation of pastas or deserts in dining room.

On the other hand, our Captain was always informative. The ship was in great shape and was either early or close to on time in all ports. Shows were wonderful, dancers were great. Lots of passengers were commenting on this. The singers were average – females better than males. Buffet was okay, pizza great as usual. Sabbatinis and the Crown Grill were especially good. Service and attitude was great as usual.
