We did the cruise tour DBX "On Your Own" from Anchorage up to Denali State and National Parks and then down to Vancouver, stopping in Skagway, Juneau, and Ketchikan. This was our first cruise and we really didn't know what to expect.

The entire land and cruise portion was so well organized by Princess that we were truly able to relax and have an amazing experience. We were among the youngest of the group, but were still able to easily find things that interested and excited us.

The land tour is a must, particularly if you are interested in seeing Denali, which to us was one of the reasons why we traveled to Alaska. Since the roads and cell service are scarce in rural Alaska, we appreciated being escorted to and from our destinations safely and by experienced guides.
