Room was ok (I think it might have been a handicap accessible room though because of the shower handrails). Kids bed (couch) was very hard and the room felt crowded. Closet was small and dark, needs more lighting. I'm opt for a bigger room next time with a larger closet and roomer layout.

Pros:
- Decor is very nice, more fun looking and inviting
- Waterpark for kids was great (minus lines for the two slides)
- Guy's Burger Joint was awesome
- Cruise Director was amazing (Matt) - we've had him on past ships but not as a cruise director, did a great jb of motivating the folks cruising
- Comedy show (both kid friendly and adult) were great
- Groove6 band in Ocean Plaza was good and busy every single night but one night they didn't play
- Italian restaurant was worth the $12-$15 bucks
Cons:
- Service everywhere was terrible (MDR, Bars, Pool, etc)
- Room stewardess was ok, not as attentive as past 3 cruises
- Elevator waits were horrible
- Theater shows were horrible......didn't even bother based on the theme of the shows and the terrible stories I heard from others
- Hasbro show was horrible for kids (we brought our 9 yr old nephew)
- Chair hogging at the pool was bad as usual (always is on every cruise)
- Food was average in the MDR.....
