We were in a platinum suite for our 7 night Adriatic cruise. Our butler and cabin steward were fantastic. They didn't fix our problems but they were honestly trying (more than I can say about anyone else on the ship.) Celebrity is TERRIBLE. We called them the first night to tell them we had no hot water. 4 days later, they finally fixed it. The only problem was we ONLY had hot water. It was scalding. Another day before they fixed that issue for about 2 hours. This was the same day the toilet stopped flushing. The water issue was never properly fixed. No hot water. Only hot water. Back to no hot water.
We asked for help taking our bags down for our early departure out of Istanbul and we told that wouldn't be possible. General disembarkment started 2 hours after our departure. They were not busy, they were just lazy. I washed my hair in the bathroom sink in the mornings because the water temp was too cold for a full shower.
Our platinum level suite and we couldn't even use the shower and on occasion, the toilet. No porter. No excuse for such service.
