The staff: Friendly, courteous, helpful and always made you feel they put you first.
Hotels: First class hotels on both ends.
We enjoyed the little veranda. It made our cabin seem bigger. The bed was very comfortable, TV was very nice. Bath facilities were good, well planned out.
