This was my 9th Carnival cruise & 11th overall. I keep going back to Carnival. This was my first time on The Triumph. It reminds you a lot of The Destiny. This cruise was to celebrate mine & hubby's 10TH Anniversary.

Our Embarkation Port was Miami and we visited: Cozumel, Grand Cayman & Ocho Rios. We had 3 days at sea.

We flew into Miami from Myrtle Beach, SC the day of all days before Super Bowl in Miami. We had two connections & one carrier change. I'm sure with all that you can guess what happened to our luggage?!?!?! All connections went out on time which was surprising because some ice storms had hit many areas. We got to Miami on time went to retrieve our luggage & had two bags missing. I filed a report with the airlines & notified Carnival. It was actually a smooth process, disappointing & I wanted to yell at the airline rep. but what could she do...................instead I was polite & thanked her for all her help. We had arranged for transfers via Super Shuttle so we went to their location & promptly were on our way to the port. We got to the port a little later then we usual like to so we did have a line but it moved the entire time & took no more then 30 minutes. We boarded the ship had our picture taken & were able to go straight to the cabin. We had a balcony room on Lido # 9253. We have discovered we prefer the front of the ship. It is actually easier to get around on the Carnival ships to the things we like to do. We unpacked what we had & went to get lunch & walk around.
