I reserved this cruise with high hopes in mind. Prior to this we sailed with Sapphire Princess- 7 day Mexican Riviera, and Carnival Splendor- 7 day Mexican Riviera as well. Those 2 set the standard for cruising that Imagination would ultimately break.

Ship- The ship is old. It would seem very old. Walking in the hallway to our room (M Deck) there was a smell of urine and stale water. We brushed it off but the room did not smell that much better. A lot of things on Imagination are just worn out. Water slides, flooring etc.

Service- except one little instance the service was phenomenal. Please tip the people that are cleaning rooms and serving you dinner. They are very hard workers and do the best with what they got.
