We have cruised on Explorer of the Seas out of Bayonne 3 times. It is never quick to get through the traffic but this time was ridiculous. We left our home in Rockland County NY at 11:15, breezed down to Newark and got on the road to the terminal...and sat and sat and sat in traffic. Our driver was starting to get really frustrated. What should be a ten minute trip took over and hour. The check in was a breeze and we were on the ship in less than 15 minutes.

We were in a JS on deck 9. We were mid ship and loved the room and location which was close to the elevators and made it easy to get to everything.

We decided to eat our dinners in the Wind Jammer as dh doesn't care to wait through dinner service. We found the variety and quality of the food to be fine..not super but certainly we always found a variety of things to eat and we liked having so many choices.

Cabin Review

Loved this location and found the room to be large and very roomy. The deck was covered which we liked for the privacy, it felt like our own little cacoon!!
