We were so excited for this cruise! Paid A LOT ($10.000+) for this as it was a celebration of my retirement from education. Had a suite where the only one higher was the Royal Suite. The suite was fine....comfy bed, it was roomy. Here is where things tarted to go south.

As we were hanging up our clothes, I opened one of the HUGE closets to find HUGE dust bunnies! This hadn't been cleaned forever! We didn't see our cabin steward for two days. Our steward had always introduced him/herself on the first day....we then always would tip $50 right then. In addition, we were the last cabin to be cleaned every day. Then, the menus that were left on our bed were incorrect three times! How do they get that wrong?

The main plus about this cruise was the Concierge, J.D. What a treasure this man is! NO problem was too much for him. We had origiinally signed up for Anytime Dining. BIG MISTAKE. The people waiting in line for dinner seating were those on Anytime Dining. We talked to J.D about it and with one call, he fixed it. Had the same table with the same wonderful waiters every night.
