The port is nice to travel from but alittle unorganized. Got on the ship and found the wind jammer packed with very seat taken. Since I cruised on the larger ships ( allure and oasis) for the passed few years, this ship seemed to be small and actually less crowd organized. They can learn something from the larger ship. The crew did work hard to make the cruise enjoyable but I think it's hard since all are stuck in the ship and not at the pools to ease some of the crowds. The food and services on board was very good even through the head waiter didn't have much of personality. The first two days were cold so everyone was stuck inside and crammed into the promenade all the time. The events on board could have been ordered better to spread the people more. Seemed like we always was in crowds on this ship. Got to Bermuda and it was alittle cold still but Bermuda is always nice. What a great island. Got back from the aquarium and it poured so not much to do but shop inside the mall. The next day was, you guessed it, travel day again. Lol finally got to St. marrten and the real vacation started, we thought! We went to the beach but it was totally cloudy all day but Waikiki beach was excellent( food & beach). Got back to the ship and found this new ( Half day) ports that RCCL does now really sux! This is the real complaint I have. Why do this to your cruisers! This 5:30 pm dinner instead of 6pm makes the half day even worst!.. The cruisers told the captain this, LOUD AND CLEAR at the special event they had for frequent cruisers. Next stop was Puerto Rico. Did the rain forest excursion ( excellent) but the half day port cut into the shopping again! Finally we arrived into labadee Haiti, now we have a full day and why is this a full day? Not much to do here even though it was nice here! Because they don't pay as much, its there island! Now we have two days to travel back to Bayonne! One of these was worth going to the pool! Arrived in Bayonne and getting of the ship was not too bad. So, I think Iam going to stick to the larger ships out of Florida and get a real warm and non crowded cruise. B.t.w. The ship is old but not as bad shape as a lot said it was!
