Fun Time on Sensation

Sail Date: May 2014
Destination: Bahamas
Embarkation: Orlando (Port Canaveral)
Two college age sons and I had four nights on the Sensation. My second cruise, their first.

Traveling in May allowed us to get a good price and each have our own ocean view room.

We drove overnight and arrived in the morning on Sunday. Rode to the ship using the Radisson parking bus.

Embarking the ship went very smoothly. With a four night cruise, we packed lightly. With only a backpack and small suitcase for each of us, we carried them all the way to our room after we got our room key.

The ship was in good shape. On board, we enjoyed the hot tub, karaoke, comedians and food. We chose anytime dining. Several times we ordered extra and the staff gave us what we asked for. Mostly, we enjoyed the ship, especially the sunsets.

In Freeport we snorkeled with Unexso and in Nassau, we scuba dove with Bahama Divers. Both were lots of fun and well run. After snorkeling or scuba diving, we did some local shopping or had a snack before heading More

back to the ship. For scuba, we did a discover Scuba dive, since two of us were not certified.

This trip was a great value for us and I recommend it for others. Less

The room was clean and roomy. Slept comfortably and enjoyed the window view.
