We had a wonderful experience on our Baltic Sea Cruise on HAL Eurodam! We had a Neptune Suite so received exceptional service. All of the HAL staff were very attentive, accommodating & always smiling! We booked most of our excursions with a private tour company, which we would recommend. It was much less expensive, smaller groups & vehicles. We sailed out of Copenhagen's new port which seemed to be quite efficient despite the traffic getting to the ship from the airport, returning to the airport at the end of our cruise was much less hectic. We attributed this to our early disembarkation, 7;00am. This cruise is action packed if you take an excursion in each port, several long days, especially visiting St. Petersburg & Berlin. Our meals were very good, considering the number of people they need to serve we felt they did a consistent job. The entertainment was fair, but we were usually tired so didn't really attend a lot of the shows. Our only complaint would be the internet service, don't bother purchasing it! The internet service is expensive & unreliable, as well as extremely SLOW...when you could even access it. All in all we would certainly cruise with HAL!

Cabin Review

Very spacious, plenty of closet & storage space. We had a bathroom with both a stand-up shower & jetted tub, also 2 sinks! Laundry services were included at this level. We used it several times & they did an excellent job. Our cabin stewards were top notch!
