We are repeat Celebrity cruiser and were excited for this land and sea tour.

The land portion was good. Our tour director Andy was excellent. It all went downhill from there. Check-in was a mess, they appeared to be overwhelmed. They broke the handle on our luggage and offered $80 and would keep our bag and give us a used bag about one-third the size as a replacement. The disembark meant was chaos. Over 30-40 minutes late on each group and bags were in three different sections. Had to search as nobody seemed to know anything.

The service we received from servers in the Blu restaurant was outstanding but most of the other workers seemed to be unconcerned about the passengers. Only saw our room steward about 3 or 4 times the entire cruise. The level of customer service was not what we had experienced on past cruise with Celebrity and a competitor. They actually closed the exit ramps at Ketchikan while changing ramps and a number of passengers had to wraith while this was done. Not sure why they did not keep one open and rearrange the other. Seemed as though management was less concerned with an efficient operation. Saw many officers in the speciality restaurants also.
