This was a family reunion ,my Sister in-law and her husband live in New Orleans and the rest of us live in Surrey BC .The only ones who have cruised before are My husband and myself ,my daughter and two grand daughter haven't

I am so disgusted and disappointed with Carnival cruise ,the staff was very rude and not helpful at all ( there were two or three staff members that were nice ) out of the whole ship .( it was my granddaughter's 8th birthday ,online my daughter ordered and paid for her cabin to be decorated so when we came back from our outing, so my granddaughter would be surprise for her birthday .the only thing there was a card and a present

she went to information desk ( they tried to tell her it was only done after dinner , but would listen to her ,was not helpful at all ,my daughter told then it would be to late to decorate the room now so told then she wanted a refund .she didn't get it ,they decorated the cabin after dinner it was to late .we were not impressed .
