Just came back from cruise on May 23 with Preziosa to BariI said hello to all...and they all smiled back...at the buffets and sit down restaurant..again..service with a smile..(yes we were on the PREZIOSA)...immaculate and clean was the order of the day...waiters cleaned up promptly...lots of deck chairs..sometimes its all taken...big deal...just throw a towel on the ground..lie down and enjoy the sun...no fussing and cussing...all the cruisers were very happy and always in a good mood...come to think of it ..i dont remember anyone raising their voices at anytime...the shows were good...it was stroke of genius to do visuals..such as acrobatics etc..because there were different language groups ..maybe 20..i may be kidding..shore excursions are pricey...but do your research ahead of time and you will not have to book your excursions from MSC...you get on the pier and lots of taxi drivers etc willing to make a deal and look after you...all the ports were well worth seeing..all my cruises were cariibbean...but the carobbeans are shootong themselves..with hawksters,peddlars and taxi drivers harassing you...not so here....civil...civil...civil...no is no and they move on with a have a nice day smile...thats it for me and the caribbean...

they say that the europeans jump quewes...well..i think its great...as most at the buffet would look at something for hours before deciding...jumping makes it faster and easier..i was skeptical at first and said..oh how rude..blah blah blah...but just do it...no one is upset except you..

we had a balcony cabin and the maid was excellent...WHO TOLD HER TO FOLD OUR DIRTY CLOTHES SO NEATLY(LOL)..thats the kind of service we got...the bands were excellent,,,from Turkey..again different and we loved it...by the way we are canadians.....go enjoy...and stay away from pessimists..they may convince you that you are not having a nice time
