Sail Date: May 2014

My husband and I recently returned from our second sailing aboard MSC Divina. Our first was on March 22nd in a Balcony cabin and the second in a YC1 in the Yacht Club. We enjoyed both but the Yacht Club was the absolute tops!!. The Yacht Club experience is probably the best kept secret in the industry. It started as we dropped our luggage at the pier, were escorted on to the ship by a butler and continued to be pampered until we disembarked the ship. Cabin price will of course vary with the suite category you choose but cannot be beat. The value is phenomenal as the experience is all inclusive with your wine, beer and cocktails when in the Yacht Club lounges or restaurants. The first time I took out my cabin card, other than to open the door, was on a visit to the spa.

The ship is beautiful and very well maintained. We experienced better than excellent service and found the crew to be helpful and professional. The shows are outstanding in a beautiful, comfortable theatre – the Skywalker Show, a Michael Jackson Tribute, is one of the best. Even the photography service is professional and well executed. Pasta is fresh made on board and the food in the Muse, the private dining room for Yacht Club guests, was outstanding and the service, some of the best we have experienced on any ship. For Yacht Club guests, you could have a continental breakfast in the lounge, a nice casual breakfast in your exclusive pool area or a full breakfast in the Muse every day. You have butler and concierge service even in the smallest YC accommodation. We had a wonderful butler and his service was outstanding plus. One negative which was more the Port Of Miami as opposed to MSC was the long line to disembark. The Yacht Club is truly a ship within a ship. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Divina in any accommodation. We have already booked to return.
