Embarkation - Fine.

Cabins - We had 3 cabins in sequence on deck 9. Two cabins did not have bedding arranged properly, and we were told it was policy to ignore pre-arranged requests. One cabin was assigned to a different steward, and it was very difficult to get this corrected. Steward did not provide contact phone, and we had to call Guest Services and complain that we needed fresh towels. Getting bath robes (in our D1 Superior balcony cabin) was almost impossible. We were charged $41.00 the last day for mini-bar which we NEVER used!

Dining – Nothing noteworthy. Menus were NOT posted in advance – disappointing! Scrambled eggs were rather tasteless (powdered?). Orange juice got progressively more watered down each day! Lunch at Labadee had very limited vegan choices. Bull & Bear Pub had Sam Adams on the standard menu, but was out of stock ON DAY 1. Ordered a Caesar salad at dinner but was never served. Ordered pineapple sherbet another evening and was served coffee ice cream. Ordered sherbet the next evening and was told it wasn’t available that night. Crepes smothered in sauce obscured the flavors of the crepe filling. Hot tip: get half-price cocktails in the casino an hour before main dinner seating.
