Sail Date: Apr 2014

This was our 4th T/A, 6th cruise in last 3 years, but the first on Brilliance.

The physical ship was in good condition and had all of the expected amenities however, the management of the ship seemed to be far less effective than other Royal Caribbean ships upon which we have sailed.

Upon checking into stateroom, we found a dirty adult diaper in the closet and trash in other drawers and cabinets. The stated excuse was that cabin cleaner had completed his contract and left without doing a good job.

Cabin Review

Nice cabin. Sufficient size. well appointed.
