On a beautiful Saturday morning we came to Miami and begun to embark unto the MSC Divina. The embarkation process was super fast and easy. As we got unto the ship we were just amazed by the beauty we saw. Gorgeous Swarovski stairs and a beautiful contemporary chandelier greeted us. The Divina is beautifully designed with new designs and style. Lovely sculptures and color templates. Each bar had its own theme, color and feel.

We came into our room around 1 pm and the stateroom wasn't exactly ready. We found a huge opened liquor bottle in the cabinet with a dirty used glass. We were missing towels. Our bed skirt was torn and the safe would not work. We contacted out stateroom personnel and he told us he would get things fixed. It took nearly 7 hours to have someone fix the safe. It was only a 30 second process to fix the safe.

We were suppose to leave the port at 7pm but left 845pm because of some family. The captain mentioned us leaving a bit later but not nearly 2 hours later. Nothing was pushed forward. We had to choice between dinning or watching the cruise line depart.
