This was our 4th cruise, and the third with Norwegian. Probably we are infected with the „suite life” experiences from our previous cruses, as we booked a 2 bedroom Haven Suite. And we made a perfect choice…

Following a short pre-cruise stay in Miami South Beach we were excited to get to the Getaway Terminal at Miami Port. We did so at 11am, and following a brief security check we were welcomed by the Haven checkin staff. Just a few minutes and off we went to the designated waiting area for Haven guests. A few minutes more and we were escorted to the ship – all in all, a very quick and efficient embarkation procedure.

Upon arrival in the Haven Lounge, Anoop, the Concierge welcomed us and shortly after we started to enjoy our first lunch in the Haven Restaurant. Top notch environment and service, very delicious food and attention by all staff members. Read more
