Oh My Goodness - this is the second gaudiest ship next to Carnival's Pride. It is in disrepair, worn curtains and fabrics everywhere. Rust and paint missing all over the ship. We are Platinum on Carnival and was shocked to see the condition of the ship. This should be a three day party boat out of Miami not the representative for the Alaska Cruises.

Wonderful trip, weather was sunny and glorious everyday. Ports were great too. Except, Skagway needs to get its act together nothing as nice as Ketchikan. Juneau has come a long way too and the new dockside is very nice. They do need to put that empty warehouse to go use, a shopping mall or something. The staff on the ship was wonderful. They all do such a wonderful job. A little slow on the entertainment. The new "Punchliner" is terrible and the two we saw were crude and not very good comedians. Karaoke was such a disappointment - invest in some equipment Carnival. Half the time the equipment was not working and the rest of the time they cut it short. The smoking policy is GREAT keep up the good work, protect your employees and don't have them exposed to the smoke, ever the casino wasn't too bad.

Had an obstructed balcony, had a very small balcony the room was standard but in poor repair, varnish coming off at the desk/vanity area and something stuck on the bathroom counter. The air was so loud and even after the maintenance people came we could not regulate the air temperature. Shower was great but oh do we hate the curtain.
