This was our second cruise (other was with Carnival) and as such we can only make comparisons based on this. Thomson I have to say really went out of their way, as we were booked for the 2nd week in a Couples hotel which was bought out by Sandals and then promptly closed just prior to us setting sail. Sandals customer service is appalling thankfully Thomson saved the day.

Embarkation was excellent, quick efficient and much better than Carnival.

The ship is tired and in need of a revamp, but we knew this prior to booking and it was as expected. Read more
