Absolutely do NOT be leery of taking this cruise because of bad reviews. My husband and I went on this beautiful ship last week and have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS!
Embarkation was a breeze; we were on the ship by noon and in our cabins by 1:45. Luggage arrived at 2:30.
ALL crew and staff, including the captain, went out of their way to be friendly and helpful!
Cabin Review
Our cabin was in the lowest ranking of balcony category. It was plenty big enough for the two of us. It was beautifully decorated, the bed was king sized and firm, just the way we like it. The pillows sure could use an upgrade; too soft and bumpy. Balcony was small but nice with 2 comfortable chairs and a foot rest. Great place for early morning coffee. The bathroom was very bright and clean with plenty of storage, shower was fine for us with awesome glass doors but for large people it would be very close. Plenty of room in closets and under bed for luggage storage. Great flat screen TV. Be aware however that this category does not have a little sofa as pictures on the MSC website, only a small cube at a desk.
