Second cruise with Princess, last year we went on Grand Princess to Alaska, ten days round trip from San Francisco.

We had the hotel/transfer package; the airport Marriott is a nice hotel and the transfer was spot on. If you dont take this package and try to do it yourself, well lots of luck. Taxi fare alone to the airport is about sixty bucks, not counting tip.

Embarkation was easy, ship had to be cleaned because of a bout with norobvirus, got on about 2:30 pm, had luggage by six. We were on Baja deck with a balcony. Room was clean and nice, cabin steward was a true gem, we tipped him big also for his hard work. Read more
