MSC Divina is a beautiful and elegant ship. I was very impressed how clean and tidy the ship was even though there was a full ship. Unfortunately her beauty is only on the surface and not in her services or where it counts most.

Food:

In one word: Inedible. Service in the dining room was very slow. The waiter looked like he was running around servicing too many tables with little to no help. It was impossible to find someone to get another roll or a second iced tea. There were only a few choices on the menu. The chicken breast was more like a thin cutlet and was overcooked.

Cabin Review

This was an obstructed balcony view stateroom. By obstructed I mean the balcony was built into the structure of the ship and the only way to get an adequate view of the ocean was by standing up only. What a waste of a balcony. Mattress and pillows very uncomfortable. Our room steward was the most attentive and caring of all service onboard this ship.Cabin size was average. Balcony size was average. The shower contained a dispenser on the wall with shampoo and body was only, no conditioner. And no body lotion in the room.
