Surprised my husband for his 60th birthday for a 4 night cruise on the Enchantment of the Seas. We have cruised many times and know how to have a good time on cruise ships without going broke. This again, was a really great time! We wished that it were at least one night longer. The embarkation & disembarkation, crew, food, ports & excursions were more than I expected. We took in the shows at night which were also fun.

Yes, the ship is older and somewhat smaller than other ships, but don't let that hold you back. The crew is top notch and our experience in the My Fair Lady Dining Room was excellent! The wait staff was wonderful and the food was very good. We were on a 12 day cruise last fall on the Explorer of the Seas and were very disappointed in the quality of the food & wait staff. We didn't eat breakfast any day as we were still full from dinner the night before and our lunches were enjoyed at the ports. Hence, I cannot rate the Windjammer. It seemed like people were enjoying there meals in there.

Our stateroom was well maintained and average sized for a window room. Our attendant was terrific! Cruising is a great way to vacation and fun is what you yourself make of it! Go, enjoy & eat!

Cabin Review
