Norwegian Pearl Review

Perfection from the moment we boarded. Know your port, though!

We stayed ina hotel near Canada Pace the night before. This was a wise choice and made for excellent sight seeing. There are 2 ports in Vancouver. We failed to read the small print that the Pearl was not leaving from Canada Plqace. After strugglng upstream with crowds disembraking we find that our ship is at another port. After dragging our lggage 3 blocks to the top of the hill, we find a taxi to go 16 blocks through the bad side of VC. The other port is old and made us wonder.

Boarding was a breeze, now we are on board. Food was great. The drill was delayed and delayed some more and a two our delay to leave waiting on a bus load from delayed intl flights. We finally leave and it is a must to go to the top. The views leaving VC are fabulous.

Ports: Ketchikan, Skagway, Juneau, Victoria
