Me and my husband just got back from the back to back Mediteranean cruise with MSC, This was our 6th cruise with different companies and this one was the worst, after 11 nights, most people on the ship got cough and sneeze, we realized that the air circulation must be bad and left our belcony sliding door open most of the time, my husband didn't feel well and after 2 doses of antibiotic from the ship doctor, the day after we got back to Australia, i had to take him to emergency with a very bad legionaires desease.

Even the price of the cruise was cheap but there were hidden costs, each day we had to pay 6 euros each for the service charge, you had to buy water in the restaurant, after the first 11 nights, the entertainment was the exact repeat of the first 11 nights.

They changed many of the routine due to bad weather which was all right but they didn't mention or introduce anything at all about the new port.
