My husband and I sailed on the Sunshine on 3/30/14. We had a scenic ocean view room right above the bridge. Our views were wonderful. We had FTTF so were taking pictures in our cabin before 11:30am and all unpacked long before muster. Our vacation felt like it officially started a few hours earlier than without it.

We're from Wisconsin and had a terribly cold and snowy winter so this cruise was especially anticipated. Every day was hot and sunny and we had smooth seas.

We loved the Serenity area. We were up early and had loungers by the pool. The waterfall is very loud though. It drowns out any of the noise coming from the jumbo tron. That's good for some but not for everyone. I considered it white noise and made resting very easy. Read more
