This was our first cruise and will be our last. The night before we left for Baltimore we received a call that the ship was delayed due to the norovirus by several hours. The day of departure my family was swore at and screamed at by the luggage crew for not placing our luggage in the proper spot and not putting the handles down on our luggage, we filed a complaint. We arrived on the boat and did not receive our juice package that was bought prior and our souvenir cups for the replenish package until 3 days into the cruise. We were later told by staff that this "norovirus" was on the last 2 previous ships but Royal Caribbean lied. We were told that the boat would speed up in the night to ensure us to our first stop that was Florida, but later found out by staff that the generator failed in the night. My family purchased Disney passes prior to sailing. 40minutes before we were about to reach our first port in Florida we were told the Disney excursion was cancelled, sorry! All that money down the drain and because you can't purchase Disney tickets threw Royal Caribbean we were shit out of luck. The next day the captain made an announcement that we would get an extra hour at their private island, Coco Cay, we guess what, that did not happen because the whole entire island closes at 430pm. As far as staff pampering you that was far and few the staff was forced to clean the entire ship every half an hour we felt terrible for them but because they were forced to clean and get rid of the virus we lost out and it was at our expense. Most the staff has broken English no one knows what they are talking about, I was told by our house keeping that laundry was $5.00 but in all actuality is was $5.00 a piece of clothing, needless to say I spent 170.00 on 2 small bags if laundry. When I called to make a complaint threw Royal Caribbean directly they said, "I am so sorry to hear this but there is nothing we can do." I will cross this off my bucket list & will never sail again.

Cabin Review

Was about the size of a closet, the shower over flowed onto the floor and drained by the toilet. Absolutely disgusting & dirty.
